In the dawn of celebrating traditional expression, the SAWAF will do so through music concert that will have an all-star line-up of decorated and much achieved women artists, namely Tu Nokwe a South African singer, actress, guitarist, lyricist and an author. She has been honored by numerous awards for her contribution in music, arts and culture in youth and children empowerment.

Added to this extravaganza is Dr Nothembi Mkhwebane, a multi-national and international award winning Ndebele music artist. Not a stranger to the Playhouse Company stages, she has travelled offshores to perform in USA, Austria, Germany, France and India to name a few. She has collaborated with household names. Her accolades are presented in an honorary doctorate degree in Literature, Philosophy, Musicology and Poetry from The Good Shepard College in KZN and The Order of Princess Magogo Award.

Vumile Mngoma and Izingane Zoma, popular Maskandi group will also embrace the stage and captivate traditional music lovers.

Dawn Thandeka King, motivational speaker, MC, spiritual healer, an indigenous musician- well known for her first band release year 2016 at Wushwini and an actress with roles in two local soapies will pose as MC for the night.
