Following the success of the 18-track studio album Isibuko released in January 2023, Sjava is adding 4 new tracks and dropping the full deluxe version of the album on the 10th of May 2024. He will also be taking his Isibuko Tour to Durban’s Playhouse on June 22 and Joburg Theatre on the 12th and 13th of July.

Much to the delight of Sjava fans and lovers of Isibuko, the deluxe promises to continue the reflective and emotive journey that listeners have been on since January of last year. Isibuko Deluxe will be available on 10 May 2024 and is available for pre-save:

After a highly successful three-city (Pretoria, Johannesburg, and Durban) sold-out Isibuko Tour in 2023, which brought so much happiness, healing, and excitement to Sjava’s fans, he is delighted to be returning to Durban’s Playhouse Theatre and introducing the tour to Joburg Theatre, where he will be performing selections from the recently released Isibuko Deluxe Album.

The first show will be held in Durban at the Playhouse Theatre on the 22nd of June, followed by two nights at the Johannesburg Theatre on the 12th and 13th of July. The shows will consist of performances by Sjava, and the artists featured on the 22 track Deluxe album.

Given that the playhouse theatre in Durban was packed for the sold-out performance in 2023 and that the fans were overjoyed to see Sjava there, Sjava decided it was necessary to return to the Playhouse Theatre in 2024.

He is excited about performing the album at the 2024 Isibuko Tour, “Performing isibuko is so special and the theatre setting is very intimate. I’m looking forward to sharing this special space again and introducing the new songs to all the people who have fallen in love with Isibuko”.
