The Playhouse Company is pleased to present its upcoming Fundraising Workshop for Arts Practitioners, an essential engagement designed to empower artists and creative professionals with practical funding knowledge. This informative session provides a valuable opportunity to engage directly with key funding agencies, gain insight into their application processes, and better understand eligibility criteria and compliance requirements. Participants will also learn how to strengthen their proposals and position their projects more effectively for support.

The workshop will take place on 25 February 2026 from 10h00 to 11h30 via Microsoft Teams. Featured agencies include the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture’s Mzansi Golden Economy programme, the National Arts Council, and the National Lotteries Commission. Artists, producers and arts administrators are encouraged to attend and take advantage of this opportunity to deepen their understanding of available funding pathways.
