UPCOMING SHOW AT THE PLAYHOUSE
The Playhouse Company is looking to appoint a consultant on a 12-month fixed term contract to assist the institution with both Fundraising and Strategic Brand Management
The appointed individual will be responsible for the undermentioned .
• Developing and implementing fundraising strategies aligned with the Entity’s mandate, programmes, and strategic objectives.• Building and maintaining relationships with donors, sponsors, partners, and funding institutions.• Preparation and submission of funding proposals and partnership documents in accordance with compliance requirements• Promoting the organization’s brand strategically through fundraising events, digital campaigns, and public engagement initiatives.• Identifying new fundraising opportunities, sponsorships, and partnership prospects.• Coordinating fundraising events, activations, and promotional activities.• Creating fundraising content for social media, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on fundraising outcomes• Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging.• Maintain donor databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.• Stay informed about fundraising trends and branding strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in fundraising, brand promotion, sales, or public relations.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Excellent networking and relationship-management abilities.• Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging campaigns.• Strong organizational and project management skills.• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Entity will offer the suitable incumbent a retainer fee with further income linked to performance outcomes.
